Job Description

Integration Management for internal and external payloads for the International Space Station

The candidate may be responsible for any of the following tasks:

  • Provide leadership for a multi-functional team including software requirements definition, development, integration testing, training, Technical Integration Meeting (TIM) support, documentation, and software release.
  • Support engineering change proposal process. Propose methods to streamline the process. Lead the implementation of approved changes.
  • Support and evaluate bugs/new requirements to the work flow tool and prioritize those against budget and program priorities.
  • Support training classes of the payload work flow tool for all users as new releases are made available or as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Position requires a professionally mature candidate with strong organizational and problem solving skills. Must be capable of setting and meeting deadlines and interfacing with a variety of disciplines.

Qualified candidates must have a bachelorís degree and a minimum of 7 years experience performing requirement definition, tool development, highly desired with a back ground and understanding payload workflow of the Research Integration Office for the International Space Station. Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills, good leadership and teamwork characteristics.
